联邦创新委员会

The 联邦创新委员会 seeks to build a culture of innovation 和 experimentation in government by enabling 和 empowering federal employees to meet the challenges of 21st- century governance.

The Council accomplishes this by convening a group of strategically positioned career leaders from multiple functions 和 components across government to generate actionable insights on barriers, enablers 和 solutions to problems that face the American public.通过月度会议, the Council creates a space to network, 讨论挑战, learn from colleagues 和 grow professionally.

They also help the Partnership design 和 execute activities that aim to increase awareness of 和 reduce barriers to innovation, resulting in the improved ability of federal agencies to design, test 和 deliver new approaches 和 solutions.

In collaboration with the 联邦创新委员会, we created a vision for how to build 和 foster a culture of innovation over the next two decades. This brief focuses on four main areas: Leadership, 劳动力, the culture-building process 和 partnerships, all of which are integral to creating an innovative culture. The brief also addresses how to measure progress 和 involve key stakeholders, 和 it offers options for getting started.
